1/2 beef share will save you over $500 compared to our farmers market pricing and that is a good deal no matter "how you cut it!"

You will get approximately 200 -210 pounds of frozen 100% Grass Fed and Grass Finished Beef. It is 1/2 of a beef consisting of steaks, roast, ground and more.  The price includes vacuum sealed, 14-21 day dry aging of some of the best Texas beef you can put in your mouth.

You will receive approximately 1/2 of the animals overall meat but you will be sharing it with 1 other person so you will not get some of everything as there are only one of certain cuts on an animal (flanks, tri-tip, oxtail, tongue etc).  Your portion will included steaks, roast, ribs "round" cuts such as cutlets, london broil, top round, and shanks/meaty soup bones.  You will also receive a portion of the bones and fat with your order.  Each package will be vacuum sealed and be labeled with the name of the cut and the cut weight.

Once your payment is received we will communicate with you to give you a timeline on delivery for your meat and confirm delivery instructions.  If you choose to only place a deposit the remainder will be due prior or at delivery.  Any CANCELLATION must be done at least 30 prior to delivery or deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
