Lamb Chops are simply divine! These little guys are the center of wonderful meals …a little olive oil, some spices and hit the grill for a couple minutes to Med Rare and BOOM you have a fantastic lean dish.

Buy a “rack” of ribs and cut your own or better yet get (2) rack and fix a crown roast …delicious!

All from Grass Fed and Grass Finished lambs …NO Grain or Hormones! Chops come in packages of (2) chops about 8 oz per package… combined weight (3) lbs. Rib roast are about 2.2 - 2.5 lbs each.
