We Ship Every Tuesday & Wednesday Following Your Order
The premise is simple. Great meat without all the stuff you don’t want in your food. That means no vaccines, hormones, GMO’s, antibiotics, pesticides, and herbicides. And you don’t want grain given to your beef and lamb ever, and you don’t want your animals raised in confinement. We get it and that is how we raise it. We are a third generation family farm.
We don’t hide behind government labels that allow these things in meat when you think it wouldn’t. Are you sure “organic, natural and grass fed” means what “you think” they mean? We raise them right without the junk. If you wanna know what they eat and how we raise them just ask us or check out a few recent testimonials from a few of our happy customers.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Where is Buck Creek Meats located?
Buck Creek is located in Paducah, Texas. We are a family-owned and operated farm with land that has been in our family for generations. Many of our customers appreciate the fact that they are supporting a local farm and not a big box retail organization that sources beef from all over the world. We only sell 100% Texas grass-fed and grass-finished beef and lamb, pastured pork, and free-range chicken.
How much does grass-fed beef cost? Is it really worth it?
There is a big difference in grass-fed and grass-finished beef and everything else you might find in your local grocery store. Our meats cost more because they take much more time, energy, and money to finish. We don’t cut corners with our animals like the big corporate meat companies. Our meats are free of GMOs, antibiotics, pesticides, and hormones.
How can I buy your meats? Do you deliver?
We ship free anywhere in Texas and will deliver for a small fee anywhere in the United States. Don’t want to visit your local grocery store? Stay home and shop online. You can order by-the-cut or sign up to get our custom meat boxes shipped right to your front door monthly, bi-monthly, or every three months.
How do you buy a grass-fed cow?
We sell quarters, halves, and whole grass-fed and grass-finished cows. From time to time we run out of stock due to the incredibly high demand for our meats. You can join our waiting list to be the first to get notified once we are in stock on quarters, halves, and wholes.
